I am an author, speaker, mental health advocate, ministry leader, and community builder — but before any of those titles, I am a woman who has walked through valleys and climbed mountains. I know what it feels like to be wounded, to question your purpose, and to wonder if healing is even possible.
But here is what I have learned: healing is not just possible — it is your birthright.
My journey has been shaped by one simple but powerful belief: every woman deserves the opportunity to heal from what has wounded her, discover who she is, and walk boldly into her God-given purpose.
This is not just my story. It is the story of every woman who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or undervalued. And it is the reason I created CNM Legacy — a space where women can find encouragement, gain wisdom, reconnect with purpose, and become all they were created to be.

In South Africa, we have a beautiful concept: Ubuntu — "I am because we are."
This philosophy is woven into everything I do. As Christian women, we are called to live out this spirit, supporting and empowering each other. Proverbs 27:17 reminds us: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."
I believe that we rise by lifting others. Every woman I help heal, every story I share, every conversation I have — it all connects to this one truth: we are stronger together.
What I Want Women to Know
If there is one message I want every woman to hear, it is this:
Your story is not over.
There is still purpose ahead. There is still beauty to discover. There is still a legacy to build.
The wounds you carry do not disqualify you — they qualify you to help others heal. The struggles you have overcome are not your shame — they are your testimony. The dreams you have buried are not dead — they are waiting for you to believe in them again.
My desire is to create spaces where women can heal, discover their worth, embrace their purpose, and rise with courage. Through everything I do, I want women to know that their story is not over. There is still purpose ahead, there is still beauty to discover, and there is still a legacy to build.
